This home is a grand ranch-style floor plan featuring five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Walking up to the home, you see the mountain-modern design with exposed timber and defined lines that blend into the surrounding pines. Upon entering you see outdoor elements brought inside, such as stone-wrapped columns and rustic wood, modernized with metallic finishes. The main floor has an open concept with a kitchen-living room-dining room combination that is perfect for entertaining and staying engaged with your family and friends. The abundant windows bring in the beautiful Colorado sunshine and frame the stunning pines of the Black Forest. The main floor master suite features a sizable bedroom with a 5-piece master bathroom including a freestanding tub, large “smart” shower, and an oversized master closet that connects to the garage entrance and main floor laundry room. Head downstairs to the lower level to find three more bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and additional entertaining space with a full wet bar and media area. The downstairs features 9-foot ceilings and a large sliding glass door that allows for abundant natural light to come in, and convenient access to the covered patio and the breathtaking outdoors. Mountain living reimagined in a modern way; Saddletree Homes has created a light and airy space with finishes that today’s sophisticated buyers expect from a semi-custom home builder.
MEET OUR NEW HOME SPECIALISTS AT SANCTUARY POINT
I’ve been blessed to be with Saddletree Homes for the past 16 years. What I love most about working with Saddletree is the quality and integrity of our magnificent homes, coupled with the ability to assist my clients through the design and building process of their dream home.
The great-grandson of an immigrant fisherman from Croatia, I grew up 45 miles south of New Orleans. Today, I’m thrilled to be in Colorado Springs with my lovely wife of 38 years, our daughter and son, and two amazing grandchildren. I feel extremely fortunate to be with my entire family and call Colorado home…it really has something for everyone—from climbing fourteeners, skiing, snowboarding, hiking, camping and incredible off-road trails.
Having been involved in the construction industry since I was a teenager, I jumped at the opportunity to join Saddletree Homes in 2016. Their reputation for valuing quality and integrity is second to none—renowned throughout the Pikes Peak region. With Saddletree, I sincerely appreciate helping people create their dream homes, serving my clients throughout the process, planning and customizing together to fulfill their needs and desires as home buyers.
Originally from the northeast—New York and Pennsylvania—I’ve lived in Colorado Springs with my wife, Liz, for more than 20 years. We are involved in a local church, lead a small group, and serve in the nursery on Sunday mornings. We love the outdoors and enjoy the craft beer culture of Colorado!
