I grew up in south Louisiana on the peninsula 45 miles south of New Orleans, a great-grandson of an immigrant fisherman from Croatia. My lovely wife and I have been married for 33 years; we have a daughter, son-in-law, son and two grandchildren.

I have been Blessed to be with Saddletree for 11 years. What I love most about working for a new home builder like Saddletree is the quality, Integrity and most of all is assisting the customer through the design and building process.

Colorado has some of the most amazing outdoor activities in the world, from climbing fourteeners, snowboarding, hiking, camping and incredible off-road trails. We have something for everyone.

Rich is originally from the northeast (New York and Pennsylvania) and has been around the construction industry since he was a teenager.

He joined Saddletree Homes in October 2016 after a 19-year career with a local non-profit. He loves that Saddletree Homes values quality and integrity while allowing buyers to customize their homes to meet their specific needs. He also enjoys serving Saddletree buyers through the entire build process.

Rich and his wife, Liz, have lived in Colorado Springs for 20 years. They are involved in a local church, leading a small group and serving in the nursery on Sunday mornings. They enjoy the outdoors and the craft beer culture of Colorado!



About The Model – The Dillon


This home is a grand ranch-style floor plan featuring five bedrooms and five bathrooms. About Sanctuary Pointe


Saddletree Homes is pleased to present Sanctuary Pointe, one of the newest master-planned communities located in the broader Colorado Springs/Monument area. Sanctuary Pointe represents a highly unique development in that it offers a tranquil Colorado mountain style neighborhood in a quiet and private setting that still allows for quick and convenient access to Interstate 25 (3.5 Miles) and Colorado State Highway 83 (2 Miles). Additionally, this new community offers convenient drive times to downtown Colorado Springs (20 Miles), Colorado Springs Airport (25 Miles), the Outlets at Castlerock (30 Miles), Denver Tech Center (45 Miles), Downtown Denver (56 Miles) and the Denver International Airport (64 Miles).

They focus on everyone; providing an educational experience customized to meet specific needs. District 38 is Accredited with Distinction by the State for being among the top in Colorado.

Shopping, dining, and amenities are all nearby when you call Sanctuary Pointe home! Monument and the Tri-Lakes area offer an incredible assortment of both casual and fine dining, shopping (from art galleries to local specialty shops), grocery stores and other retail shops. Just east of the intersection at Interstate 25 and Baptist road, you will find a Natural Grocers, and a King Soopers anchored shopping center filled with other retailers, banks, and pharmacies. Just to the north, you will discover Monument Marketplace, anchored by Home Depot, Wal-Mart and Kohls. Additional retailers within the larger center include Big R, Tractor Supply, Discount Tire, Staples, Texas Road House, Wells Fargo, O’Reilly Auto Parts, ENT Credit Union and a Chili’s Bar and Grill among many others! Additionally, the Promenade Shops at Briargate are located just 15 minutes to the south (approximately 9.5 miles). The Club at Flying Horse is also just a short drive away at 5.5 miles (roughly a ten-minute drive south). The Fox Run Regional Park is positioned adjacent south/southeast of the intersection at Sanctuary Rim Drive and Baptist Road (the main point of entry for the Sanctuary Pointe neighborhood).
