My passion for people and love for architecture brought me to Saddletree Homes where I get to guide our clients through the home building process. I have had the pleasure of being part of the Saddletree team since 2017. My favorite part of the home building process is articulating client desires and bringing visions to life. From the first meeting, to handing over the keys, I truly love what I do.

As a Colorado local, I take pride in this state and all that it has to offer. I enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling, and quality time with friends and family.

SHANNA HAMSTAD

I’ve been with Saddletree Homes since 2017. Before joining the team, I taught Spanish and Italian for a decade. Teaching students the art of different languages helped me realize my passion for assisting others. Now, my job at Saddletree allows me to work face to face with my amazing clients to strategize, solve problems, and complete beautiful projects together. My favorite part of the process is the end of the build: seeing the months of work and ideas all come together and having a tangible product that my clients can enjoy for years to come. I love working for a company that has built a reputation for quality, good values, and that has helped to build our beautiful city over the last 25 years.

In my free time, I love hiking 14ers, traveling, lifting weights, and gardening.

We’ve owned two SaddleTree homes, and both experiences have been phenomenal. Our first house we bought as a spec and the quality exceeded our expectations. The warranty follow up’s were always attended to in a timely & professional manner. We are currently building a house with them and between design process, pestering questions here and there during the build, and the entire SaddleTree team has just blown us away with their integrity, transparency, flexibility, and thoughtfulness. Every single person on their sales staff are just incredible at what they do— they are warm, hard working, and proactive on behalf of their buyers. They are hands down one of the best semi custom builders in Colorado Springs.
