Initially we weren’t even looking to build our next home. My career started in Colorado 40 years ago and we wanted to take a look at The Springs just to confirm that’s where we wanted to move to from out of state. We talked to most of the semi-custom home builders during our initial visit just to see if that was an option. Saddletree had the best lots in the best communities and their reputation among the real estate agents was excellent.
